Duapa is a 6-month mentorship programme designed to connect young creatives navigating education, training and professional development with prominent talent and leadership from their local Arts & Creative Sector. With a focus on recent graduates and/or early career creatives, the programme will offer trusted guidance and an opportunity to structure steps towards your personal and professional growth journey. The maiden edition will be held in Ghana with subsequent editions engaging the wider Continent.
