On Saturday, 19 September 2026, CCA Lagos hosted an afternoon conversation with the artists of Ka ọ dị mgbe anyị g’afu ọzọ (Until We Meet Again), bringing artists and audiences together to explore the ideas, experiences and processes behind the exhibition.
Moderated by Ude Ugo Anna, the conversation offered an opportunity for the artists to reflect on their works and the personal and collective experiences that informed them. Discussions centred on grief, memory, vulnerability and healing, highlighting the different ways these themes can be experienced and expressed through artistic practice.
The session also provided space for audiences to ask questions, share reflections and engage directly with the artists, extending the conversations that underpin the exhibition beyond the gallery walls.
Ka ọ dị mgbe anyị g’afu ọzọ (Until We Meet Again), curated by Mary Osaretin Omoregie, remains on view at CCA Lagos until 17 October 2026.
