Fondazione Scuola dei beni e delle attività culturali, the School of Cultural Heritage founded by the Ministry of Culture of Italy, and ICCROM invite cultural heritage professionals and ministries’ officers responsible for the implementation for the World Heritage Convention both on nominations and management from African countries and Italy to apply for the World Heritage in Africa – Fostering practitioners for nomination processes and strategies (WHAPS) project. This unique capacity-building initiative seeks to equip 30 participants with tools and knowledge on World Heritage management and nomination processes.
This project aims to empower participants, build a strong network of heritage professionals, and promote inclusive heritage management across Africa and Italy.
