CCA, Lagos is honoured to collaborate with The Museum of the African Diaspora in San Francisco to present this important exhibition by Nigerian photographer J.D. ‘Okhai Ojeikere, Sartorial Moments and The Nearness of Yesterday. This is a super exciting landmark achievement for CCA, Lagos as it is the first touring exhibition project we have ever been involved with. Whilst we have participated in several collaborations and partnerships and even hosted other organisations’ projects, this is the first time one of our in-house locally initiated, locally funded and locally curated project is being hosted by a major institution.
