This is a quick reminder that applications for the 2014 Asiko programme in Dakar, Senegal are due this coming Sunday March 2nd.  You will be notified of your application status by Monday March 11th.

Some Good News!!! We would like to inform you that we have received financial support for the programme that allows us to assist successful applications with accommodation costs in Dakar. This will be either full or partial costs depending on the final number of applicants.  Participants are still responsible for their own travel costs, meals, and the participation fee of 750 USD. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible to local and international institutions such as Prince Claus Fund, African Arts Trust (East African artists only) Arts Collaboratory, Institute Francais, office of Francophonie, etc. if you need financial assistance in covering these costs. We will assist in these application as much as we can when appropriate.
